Treating Ovulatory Dysfunction: Overview

The most direct and effective way to treat an ovulatory dysfunction
is to identify and treat its cause. In situations of ovulatory
dysfunction where the cause cannot be identified or cannot be
treated, consideration of fertility medication is appropriate.
In selected women with an ovarian cause for ovulatory dysfunction
fertility medication may be effective.
